We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, and your statutory rights.

Complete before advertising: confirm your actual return window and address in the placeholders below. Ad platforms require a clear, accurate return policy.

Your right to cancel (EU/Belgium)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive. You then have 14 days to send the item back.

We offer a return window of 14 days from delivery, which exceeds this.

Condition for return

Because this is a baby product, we can only accept returns of blankets that are unused and unwashed, in a resaleable condition and, ideally, in their original packaging. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty or not as described (see below), or your statutory cancellation rights.

How to return an item

1. Email us at hello@littlecloudsix.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return your item.
2. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.
3. Send the item back in a resaleable condition, ideally in its original packaging. Keep your proof of postage.

Return postage: the customer covers return postage unless the item is faulty or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Delivery charges are refunded in line with your statutory rights.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us and we'll put it right at no cost to you — a repair, replacement, or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
